How Do I Deposit Hard Cash Into My Paypal Account Without A Bank?

I really do not want to have to use a bank account since that is a little too complicated and takes a little while to verify the account. Also, i do not want to sell anything on ebay since i already have the money. Please do not give any answers that involve registering for things such as credit cards, debit cards, and etc.
All methods MUST BE LEGAL!!!!
