I need to send some money via paypal to someone overseas, but I don’t have a credit card.
I have a bank account with State bank of Patiala with online banking service…
Can I send money from my bank acount into paypal, if yes, how?
Is there any other way?

I am new at selling stuff on EBay and I recently made a sell and the money got put into my Paypal account. Is their a way to put it into my bank account. Since it is quite easy to take money from you bank account and put it into you Paypal account.

I bought an item on ebay and paid for it using my 3v card. But now the seller has emailed to say the item is damaged and he will refund the money back into my paypal account. Problem is, I don’t want it confined to my paypal account, I want it back on the 3v card I paid with so I can buy something that isn’t on ebay! How can I do this?
