i bid and won a dvd on ebay. i need to make the payment through paypal. how long do i have to wait to use it if i just made it? a few hours or a few days?
So I sent someone a payment, but they refunded it because they wanted a confirmed adderss. Then, the money is placed on temporary hold by paypal. Is there anything I can do? And this “temporary hold”, is it paypal that did it or the guy I was sending my payment to?
